Frooty Treblez (he/him) is a Portland-based DJ known for high-impact house sets shaped by ballroom rhythm, deep basslines, and unapologetically queer energy. His sound moves between soulful grooves, tribal percussion, and layered blends that hold a crowd from the first beat to the last.
Before turning to DJing, Frooty built a career as a professional dancer, performing at EDC, Disneyland, and in a televised concert with Jackson Wang in China. That background informs his mixing style, which prioritizes movement, musicality, and emotional tension. He also earned a production credit on Beyoncé and Madonna’s “Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)” for his mashup work, showcasing a sharp ear for structure and sonic narrative.
His performance history includes pride festivals in Portland and Seattle, Scooped Ice Cream Festival, Subaru WinterFest in Bend, and standout club sets at Process, Society Hotel rooftop, Barn Radio, and Wonderlove PDX. He has also opened for Tinashe at the Roseland Theater.
Frooty Treblez creates space for release, reflection, and joy. His sets are rooted in rhythm, and committed to sound that moves both body and spirit.
