MEET FROOTY
Frooty Treblez is a Pacific Northwest DJ based in Portland who mixes intentional, high-energy sets rooted in house music. His sound blends heavy club energy with pop-adjacent faves, creating an emotional and physical arc on the dance floor. Driven by a passion for movement, connection, and culture, his creative instincts have quickly elevated his sound from local undergrounds to major tour support, festival stages, and an official production credit on Beyoncé and Madonna's Break My Soul (The Queens Remix).
His physical intuition behind the decks comes from an extensive background as a former professional dancer and competitive choreographer. Having spent years reading audiences from the stage, he developed an inherent understanding of crowd mechanics. Transitioning to DJing, he translated that deep knowledge of timing, physical dynamics, and pure momentum directly into his live music curation.
More than anything, his sound is a signal to his queer surroundings that this dance floor is a safe space built for us, by us.
