Frooty Treblez is a Pacific Northwest based DJ known for high energy house music, deep rhythmic grooves, and soulful layers shaped by underground culture. He maintains an active regional presence with performances throughout Seattle, Portland, Bend, and Eugene. His DJ sets are intentional and movement driven, built around pacing, flow, and emotional arc, allowing the music to speak for itself while signaling to the queer community that the dance floor is a space of safety, release, and belonging.
His approach to DJing is rooted in an extensive performance background. Before stepping behind the decks, he worked as a professional dancer represented by MSA and MPM Models in Los Angeles and SDT Entertainment in China. His credits include Electric Daisy Carnival, LA Pride with Peppermint of RuPaul’s Drag Race, Disneyland, World of Dance, and major stage productions, along with music video work for directors Dave Meyers and Rich Lee. He is also an award winning competitive choreographer, experiences that shaped his instincts for crowd dynamics and musical structure.
Internationally, he has appeared on HuNan TV and Chinese Spring Gala stages alongside pop artists including Jackson Wang and Z.TAO, and toured with Angela Zhang. Years of performing and teaching refined his sense of timing, momentum, and audience connection.
He transitioned into DJing at the end of 2020, translating his performance experience directly into live sets. In 2022, a mashup he shared online inspired Break My Soul (The Queens Remix), earning him official credit alongside Beyoncé and Madonna. In 2024, he appeared as an opening DJ for select dates on Tinashe’s Match My Freak Tour.
Across the Pacific Northwest, his performance credits include Portland Pride, Portland Trail Blazers Pride Night, Seattle PrideFest, Subaru WinterFest, Scooped Ice Cream Fest, and Rebound Kiki Ball, with venue appearances at CC Slaughters, Process, Barn Radio, Society Hotel, Wonderlove, and The Cuff Complex in Seattle.
Recognized for his performance focused approach, Frooty Treblez continues to build a strong regional reputation through immersive DJ sets that center community, movement, and emotional connection within LGBTQIA+ nightlife and beyond.
